This is an 8 week combat sports program for sports such as MMA, wrestling, bjj, muay thai, boxing etc. This program is set for 3 days a week to allow for adequate time to recover and train sport specific days. This program is designed to give you explosive power, muscular endurance and lean muscle mass all required to perform at the highest level within combat sports. This is done using certain rep ranges in supersets and contrast sets. The exercise selection was chosen carefully and specifically utilize the muscles used on the mat, and in the cage/ring.
